iCharger Duo Input Reverse Polarity Repair Service

Did you plug in your iCharge Duo into power with reverse polarity?  Usually, this can be fixed with a replacement of the main input power FET.  We can do this repair for you and give your expensive charger a second chance at life.

Instructions:
If you have multiple items to send in at once, set the quantity of the purchase to the number of items you are sending.  Once your order is placed, please ship the item(s) to the following address:

If possible, print out your order receipt and put it inside your package.  Please also reach out to us to let us know what you are sending, the tracking information (if available), and any other info you think we should know.

Once the repair is completed, it will be shipped back to you and the order marked as fulfilled.  If for some reason it is not repairable (e.g. due to unrelated damage), you will be refunded minus shipping cost, contacted, and the item will be returned to you.

Note that due to the nature of reverse polarity on unprotected devices, it is not always so simple to fix.  On the iChargers, in some cases, the damage can travel further up the chain before the FET finally pops, causing damage to things that are either difficult or impossible to repair.  In such cases you will be contacted for options.

Shipping is marked up to include insurance for the full dollar value of items when they're shipped back to you.
