iCharger Duo Error 1305 Repair Service

A pretty well known issue on the iCharger Duos (406 Duo, 308 Duo, 4010 Duo) is that the output fuses on one of the channels will blow (either due to user error or for no apparent reason at all) causing the Connection Check Error 1305.  Another symptom is that you will not have any voltage reading from the main lead on the affected channel.  This is a repair we can perform for you if you are not comfortable doing so yourself.

Instructions:

If possible, print out your order receipt and put it inside your package.  Please also reach out to us to let us know what you are sending, the tracking information (if available), and any other info you think we should know.

Once the repair is completed, it will be shipped back to you and the order marked as fulfilled.  If for some reason it is not repairable (e.g. due to unrelated damage), you will be refunded minus shipping cost, contacted, and the item will be returned to you.

Shipping is marked up to include insurance for the full dollar value of items when they're shipped back to you.
