Order Processing
Most KC3D products are made to order unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Processing time refers to the time required to manufacture, prepare, and pack your order before shipment.
Event Delays
Occasionally we attend RC fun flies, events, or travel related to the hobby industry. During those times, orders may not be processed or shipped.
When this happens, the dates will be posted in the announcement bar at the top of the website.
Orders placed during these periods will be processed after we return, and the normal processing timeline (2–7 days) begins once operations resume.
Shipping Destinations
We ship to most countries worldwide.
If you are unable to complete checkout, your country may be accidentally excluded from the shipping system. If this happens, please contact us and we will attempt to resolve the issue so you can place your order.
Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by their country.

Insurance
Shipping insurance policies vary by order type.

High-value items (such as charge cases) are fully insured

Repair services (where customers send equipment to be serviced and returned) are insured for the value of the repaired item
For most other orders, packages are insured only up to the default amount provided by the carrier, which is typically around $100 depending on the carrier and service.
If you would like additional insurance coverage, please contact us before placing your order so it can be added.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist with the carrier claim process when applicable.
